*VTK cones must be shipped back with the adapter that protects the lemo housing.
**All cones being shipped back without the OEM black case need to have the tip removed for safety when transporting.

When shipping internationally to our facility in Randolph VT for any repairs or calibrations, you must use the following HS code: 9801.00.12
(Products of the United States returned after having been exported, without having been advanced in value or improved in condition by any process of manufacture or other means while abroad)
Any fees associated with your incoming international shipment will not be accepted or paid by Vertek/ARA.
